Really Realtime Disruptive Media
The Really Realtime Disruptive Media Conference was held at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm, 20th October 2009.
This was the first “Twitter conference” in Europe and gathered more than 250 participants around realtime social media, with Twitter and Facebook at the center of attention.
The agenda was filled with a speaker sessions, inspiring presentations and interesting panel discussions, including politicians, company CEOs, opinion-makers, internet philosophers, international opera singers and more.
Among the people on stage were names like Stowe Boyd (Microsyntax), Natasha F Saxberg (Mentory.com), Björn Jeffery (Bonnier R&D), Anna Troberg (the Pirate Party), Joakim Jardenberg (Mindpark), Malena Ernman (opera singer) and Jyri Engeström (co-founder Jaiku, ex Google).
Much was said, written and discussed and the engagement online was overwhelming - Twitter, blogs and livestream chats were running hot throughout the conference and beyond.
